Default Rear diff is leaking some gear oil from left rear axle/deff connection??

I was out cruising last night and my friends behind me said once in a while they would get a strong wiff of burning gear oil. So we pulled over and i got my flashlight out and looked. well there is gear oil... a small stain under the left rear axle and is fresh for sure. It was all over my exhaust too so yeah. i was wondering how i go about replacing this seal and what the name of this seal is. I have been looking and this is the only seals i could find that i think could be correct. PLEASE HELP!!
