Flat tire question!!!! ANYONE?

Car: 2005 STi I got a flat tire the other day on my driver side back. So i put my donut on while im awaiting the tire place to order me a tire that has about the same tread left on as the other tires(il have it in less then a week) I was just wondering with having awd will the donut mess anything up? like my transmission or anything like that? If anyone has anything regauding this please let me know asap thank you and god bless

I wouldn't be driving it a lot/far because yes it can.

50 mph max, and I believe it was 50 miles or less.

I know only replacing tires in sets of 2 is bad for AWD cars because the small difference in the circumference of the tire (Even though it is small) is harmful to the differentials. I would imagine a doughnut is much worse. I would use it to get the car to where it needs to be, and keep from driving it.

Take it with a grain of salt because I dont know much about these drivetrains.
