Outback Sport P1312 car dying and low idle

I threw the p1312. I cleared it but when I started the car it took awhile for the car to start. It turned over for a good 5 seconds before starting. Then the car died on the way out of the parking lot. I got it started and drove it home with no issues. Though the car is now idling very low, like 400rpm. Not sure what is happening. Any help would be appreciated. The only mod is a catless uppipe

Makes perfect sense. I'll do the resistor mod and hopefully it will fix the problem. Thanks so much for your help!
