Meets are bi-weekly, on Wednesdays at Clackamas Town Center. Next meet dates are: ****August 6th & 20th**** Meets are held on the fourth floor of the parking garage during the winter.. These are the stipulations per our agreement with the mall: Meetings to take place on the 4th level or higher of the parking garage. There are two garages at Clackamas. The one next to 205 is the trimet garage, we do not meet there. The other is on the west end of the lot near the main entrance off 82nd. This is the one we meet at. Members do not present any danger or nuisance to customers or the facility. Members are to obey all rules of the road. Which are speeds not to exceed 10mph in the garage, and the posted speed in the lot. Vehicles are to obey stopping intersections. Please keep noise to a minimum. No drugs or alcohol. There will be no warnings for breaking the rules, you will simply be asked to leave. We shouldn't have to list all the other possible things you can't do, use common sense. Regulars need to help keep an eye on things. Once we move outside they will be watching us closely. The mall does not have to let us do this so let's show our appreciation by not being a problem for them. If you bring guests you are responsible for their behavior. If they are asked to leave you will go with them. Please do not post this meet on non-Subaru forums. Thanks Hillsboro and Sw20matt for taking on the responsibility of heading this great meet.

Hopefully the two threads will be merged into this one.
I asked one of the nicest mods on here.

Let me know if there is any way I can contribute. I enjoy these meets as much as everyone else and I would like to see them continue.

one warning? how about "you may be asked to leave without warning if you're not representing the group properly"?

Its not all too fair to just ask someone to leave if they have never heard the rules.

mmm, dissagree with you there. the rules are very basic guidelines on how to act in public. more common sense than rules. I feel they should go without saying.

You have a good point, we're only asking people to behave in a civilized manner. Talking to the person first will allow for a calm discussion hopefully. As opposed the GTFO which immediately puts the person being kicked out on defense. We don't want fighting of any kind, including yelling matches. It will be a work in progress to get the meet to function in a civil manner. Maybe the warnings will not work and get out will be the answer. The most important thing is to protect the meet and we will do what it takes.

Maybe some things will require more firm action, burnouts, smoking weed, etc. Remains to be seen. Hopefully we will have it hammered out by next meet. With the onset of summer we will see a big influx of idiots. We can be seen from the street when we're outside so people will be driving by revving engines, etc.

this is the down side to having a big meet, there will always be people that dont follow the rules and just ruin it for everyone. with the coming of summer and us being visible to the people driving down 82nd (not to mention the vast amount of kids at the mall) we will see an influx of stupidity. I would like to move this meet somewhere else that is a little more secluded and close to this spot. but we will have to see how things go.

Regulating these meets is going to have to fall on everyone. I dont have a problem asking someone to leave, but I dont see a majority of what goes on (smoking pot, pissing on the wall, ect.) and dont hear about it until the meet is over. if we cant regulate our own then it will lead to the end of these meets or having to make them an invite only event.

on the brighter side summer is almost here and PIR is open. Not to mention we have curses back. Hope we get another big turn out next meet and things go a little bit smoother.

If people are going to post this meet on other Subaru forums than please copy and paste the first post in this thread. We want everyone to know the rules and have the same information.
