Some friends and I went to Cecil county drag strip last night. Only got two passes in. this the first time I have been to the track with the new setup.

Modifications: stock trans with NEW stock clutch/flywheel
Suspension Modifications: BC coilovers, cobb front sway, kartboy front and rear endlinks, whiteline front shifter stay bushings, whiteline rear diff lock down kit, kartboy front and rear shifter bushings, torque solutions motor mounts, torque solutions pitch stop mount, groupe n trans mount, kartboy short shifter, spt short shifter linkage
Other Modifications: spare tire removed

Nice runs, did I read that Cecil got repaved? If so, how is it? How is the starting line now?

He has a 1.825 and a 1.7 flat, not exactly rolling off the line.

It's been a long day... lol for whatever reason during the 5minute break I took today, I thought it said 2.7.... Still very impressive for a vf on 93.

Any more info on your hybrid? who built it?

Cecil did get redone and I think it's pretty sweet. It's concrete up til the 1/8

new stock clutch on the stock 5spd. and thanks. i kno if i would of got one more pass in, i could hit 1.6xx 60' lol

i did all the work to my car minus the engine assembly/install. andrewtech did it and it runs amazing. it was tuned by jermaine over at txs

even with the stock 2.0 heads, the 2.5 bottom end is such an improvement over the 2.0.

with a better 60' i suppose there is less track to get up to speed? i was a lil confused myself lol because it's almost a 3mph difference which is a decent amount

Is there anyone local to you that sells Sunoco race gases? If so, they should be able to get you Sunoco E85.

Sunoco in loch raven blvd in Towson sells 100 oct gas. I have used it couple of times for autox to prevent detonation.
