anyone here installed front lip spoiler? (08-11)

i have an 09 impreza with the side skirts, rear and front spoiler. i got into an accident recently and lost my front spoiler/lip. i want to buy and install the front spoiler again. i found this part number: E2410FG000WU

has anyone done this before? is this a direct fit?

Do you mean the oem front lip underspoiler? The one you can get from subarugenuineparts?

yes oem. my car came with it:

see how it's missing the lip? i want that back and im just wondering if that's the right part# and if it will fit the bumper i have now? or is this a wrx bumper and i have to order this instead? and what is a front underguard? i keep reading that its not compatible with that.

You might get better information on the exterior forum. someone there probably knows what the underguard is, why it won't work with that, if it fits wrx and 2.5i bumpers, etc

yeah hers mine:

yeah a direct fit, it goes on easy, but make sure you wash your bumper first before you put it on

Thanks got it installed today. Looks different fRom oeiginal bumper. I think that was a wrx bumper. But i like it so far but lacks the aggressive look of the original bumper. Ill post pics later.

Has anyone ever installed the aftermarket Front Lip thats all over ebay for like 85$?
It only has direct bolt fitting on the sides and requires 3m tape, but Im wondering if there are any other areas on it that I could drill holes in to put screw clips on it so it actually withstands a few winters...

You're not missing the lip, you're missing the entire bloody bumper.
Premium 2.5i models in Canada came with sideskirts, the rear diffuser, and a lipped bumper - known in the US as the WRX bumper.
