Subaru Stars No power on radio ignition wire

Did a little searchin around and couldnt find anything helpful so I'm postin here.

2003 Legacy L wagon

Recently purchased a new radio, which I attempted to install this morning. Wired up just the constant, ignition and ground wires to check that the radio would turn on. Got nothing, so I pulled out the multi-meter and discovered I'm getting no power through the ignition wire. Constant is reading good though. The fuse in the box isn't blown (none of them are) and there's no fuse on the back of the radio.

I was wondering (hoping) if there is another fuse hidden somewhere inbetween that could have gone? Any other ideas would be helpful as well, as I am quite lost at the moment as to what happened.

check the voltage for the wire hitting the accessory port I'd say. If not, it's gotta be a fuse.

This may help as a reference. I am not 100% sure if the colors are the same.
