I got my car when I was 17 as a graduation present/Reward for my hard effort to raise my grades in high school and graduating with a 4.0

When I first got it with 27,000 miles

Starting in 2009 I started modding the WRX and spent less time working on my other project car.

First thing I did was bought springs and shortly after got my wheels.

After that I didn't do much for a while except a JDM scoop and Rear Ground Effects and APS Cat Back (bought used)

I got my STi pink sway bars after that and did some autocrossing, I found out that this can get expensive with tires and what not so I haven't done very much recently.

After this I really got an itch to add some more power so I started doing some research and accumulating most of the parts for my engine modifications.

I picked up some parts and then proceeded to install them all at once.

Turbo and intake manifold off

New parts going back on.

and all done

Off to the tuner

So I actually had to have my car tuned twice because I had a boost creep issue and had buy my uppipe and external wastegate and install it.

If you haven't noticed I really like APS products but since they arent made any more they are getting harder to come by so when a Racing Fuel system made by APS came up for sale brand new in box I snapped it up fast.
I had to get an adapter plate to make it work with my Intake Maniold.

After that I havent done too much except acquire my JDM exterior parts like the headlights and grill, I bought a real one after getting rid of a replica I had for a while.

More recently I got my front lower control arms, roll-center kit, and coilovers along with Kartboy endlinks.
I will update as I get more parts, a Cusco header should be my next modification and then probably moving on to update the rear suspension after that.

Hope all enjoy my

-Evan

Got a Borla header and some DEI titanium wrap. Had to go with Borla since I couldn't find many other brands that offered two bolt up pipe flanges.

Just got the header on tonight and it might have been one of the easiest installs that I have ever done. I bought wrap with it but decided not to use it after reading some things about it get oil soaked by accident and burning the car to the ground.

The tone has changed a little but over all I'm very pleased. The quality and fit was good and price was great.

I never really get to hear my car except when I'm driving it! So I made this to see what it sounds like outside the car.

The UPS guy brought me a present this morning so I got right to work. Beatrush makes some nice stuff!

So I got right to work! It went on super easy! Oil changes aren't going to be as quick though.

I'm hoping not only will this add some protection but also reduce under car turbulence.

Made my own shift lever. I think it came out nice, especially since the total cost was about
$25

Here is how I did it!

Finally took some pictures with a decent camera today.

Got some parts on the way from Turn in Concepts too, once I get them should be posting some more pictures. I am really excited! I haven't done a good parts install weekend in a while.

Got my Carbing Rear Strut Tower Bar and Turn In Concepts Fender Cowl Brace today and installed them both. RallySport Direct always comes through with fast shipping.
I also got the Kartboy Rear Subframe Lockdown bolts too, those will go on once I get some more goodies from TiC later this week.

Here are some pictures

I had to cut the package tray to get the bar to fit, luckily you can't see it when the seat is in. I tried to keep it as neat as possible.

Done... almost

Seats back in, it tucks really close to it.

Little comparison of the braces. Very nice parts, I can not wait to get my other parts from Turn in Concepts.

Installed, this was much easier than I thought and actually took less time than the strut tower bar.

I'm happy so far, the weather has been too crappy to see if there is a handling difference but my car seems to have less rattles which is very nice.

More to come soon!!
