Default top hats help.

i am redoing the suspension on my 02 wrx wagon. i have my spring and shocks + various other bits and bobs picked ou but i was wondering what i should do for top hats. more so the front, i think i have already decided on group n for the back. i was thinking to sue the Whiteline COM C, good, bad any opinions.

list of what is going on.
ebac pro springs
Rear Subframe - lock bolt kit
Rear Diff - front support lock bushing
Front Control arm - lower inner front bushing
Front Control arm - lower inner rear bushing (anti-lift/caster correction) COMFORT
Both Sway bar - link assembly extra heavy duty alloy

Group-N tophats front and rear or Whiteline Com-C front and Group-N rear.

With the Koni inserts, you will want a better spring. Perhaps the Racecomp Engineering 'Blacks' or Swift Spec-R or probably better, the Swift Wagon Springs.

Replace the trailing link bushings as well. For now, you can leave the lateral link bushings alone.

What is the main thing Group N tophats address over stock? Body Roll?

Deflection. You want to limit how much the suspension as a whole will tend to move and cause your settings to go outside of those parameters.

Or to put more simply: maintain better overall handling and control.

Tanks for the advise. So the rear group n tops aren't that important? What about camber in the rear end? How much will I loose? What would be the best method to recover it?

If your that concerned about camber and getting it set just buy camber bolts for the rear. Wagon owners do it all the time when they put sedan suspension on.
