Nice work. A surge tank, etc., is next for me. Running E85 on the track and well, our OEM tanks ain't set-up well.

Are you having double pumps filling this tank?

1 90 in.
1 90 out
1 90 overflow to master tank...
1 90 for???

No double pumps. Just a single. I did the math and all you need is a simple 255lph to fill the surge tank. The surge tank is 2.5 gallons.

-8 for return from fuel rails
-8 for vent/spill over to primary tank
-8 for in-tank pump supply
-10 for main fuel supply to rails

Duh. I have a surge tank myself, I was confused haha, I have the fittings for my pumps at the bottom of tank. I'm with you now.

I have a W255 filling mine too. at no pressure it will never be an issue.
