Screech1 Scooby Newbie Member#: 337632 Join Date: Nov 2012	03 wrx swap in sti engine So the timing chain went on my 2003 wrx and I have the opportunity to get an amazing deal on an 07 sti complete engine with65,000 miles on it. I have been told that the motor mounts are the same and it will bolt up to my tranny (just until I can swap in a 6 speed). I know I will need a wiring harness from an 07. What else am I looking at to get this project rolling. I'm not planning on tearing into the sti motor at all for right now. Also I heard I need an sti gauge cluster and will have to splice in the doors, windows, and such. Looking for advice and possible links to threads that might lead me in the right direction... Thanks!!
