Question Spongy Brakes after rotor/ pad install: Take 427!

I know this has been posted 100's of times but I did not find my particular issue.

I changed the rotors and pads on the sti with dba 4000 and stop tech pads. I pushed the pistons back into the caliper without opening the bleeder. I see mixed results about that. Anyhow, now the brakes feel spongy and the rear brakes tick if I'm parked and just push the break pedal down.. It will tick longer as you apply more pressure. Not a knock like the pad moving from rolling forward and backward but a high pitch tick. Again the car is not moving. It's when I parked.
Did I pop the seal in the master cylinder? Mess up the abs solenoid? Any help would be great.
Thanks!!
