Default Tactrix cable

Does anyone have a tactrix they'd be willing to let me burrow? Or buy, I'm going stage 2 here soon and was hoping I could just use it to flash quick.

Why don't you try posting in the regional forums? I'm sure someone near you has a cable. And why don't you finish filling out your profile so that it at least shows your location.

Vag-Com cables are $8 on amazon. Considering you're looking to buy used I'm assuming price is an issue.

I tried using a vag-com cable, it didn't work. I tried pretty hard to get it to work and ending up trying a soldering rig that's been proven. I broke a pin off of the one chip and said to hell with vag-com.

Vagcom for 02 can work but those solder spots are so damn small. I tried and failed on the the first and now my second is just the power jumpers and is a logging cable. Broke down and bought the OP 2.0, well worth it.

For a 2002 I think you can use the 1.3 cable as well. You might be able to pick it up cheaper.
