Default Ignition key off center

My 2012 impreza has the ignition key hole off centered.
I didn't notice it until I saw that there's a TSB for this issue.

Has anyone complained to the dealer and got their ignition key hole position adjusted (under warranty)?

I'm planning to take my car in for service, I'm wondering if this is something they can easily fix.

Is it hard to insert the key? Mine has been a challenge since day one. I just assumed that it would break in eventually.

What is the TSB number?

TSB 12-129-12R

Bulletin Description: If you encounter a customer complaint that the ignition key lock cylinder is not centered in the steering column cover opening, a modification to the upper steering column will be required. Refer to the repair procedure listed to remedy the condition.

Information contained in any technical document found on the STIS web site should only be used as reference material for highly trained automotive technicians. Only automotive technicians have the training and the special tools/equipment to repair Subaru vehicles.

It doesn't affect how the key turns, just that it key hole looks off centered.

Thanks.

I looked at mine today, and it is off center. I also have an annoying rattle that seems to be coming from within the steering column, so maybe they can fix both problems.
