Where to get pre-purchase inspection done on a turbo model?

The only places I have any experience with are Goodspeed before they moved north and the Superstore. I am in SE Chandler and the car I am thinking about is as well, so Goodspeed is pretty far away now. Anything in particular that should be checked on a turbo that they might not normally check?

It is a stock Outback XT (so 2.5 turbo) with manual transmission, a trailer hitch is supposed to be the only mod...

Well Wrench Auto WorX sounds great but Glendale is a solid hour each way from the seller's house. The Superstore is close, but I would prefer a non-dealer if possible. Any other suggestions closer to SE Chandler?

Okay, there is a nearly new WRX in Havasu that I might try to get. Any suggestions for a shop somewhere around there to check it out?

No go on the WRX. I drove the OBXT again today, everything seems great but the clutch pedal is quite stiff. It is stiffer than anything I recall driving, including my brother's Mazda Speed3, a Ford Focus ST and an '11 WRX. The owner said it has always been that way or at least he never noticed a change. Does that seem normal? Is there something a dealer can check? If I do a PPI it will most likely be at the Superstore since they are close and I don't have any other near(ish) suggestions...
