Default Shop with torque plates

I'm looking for a machine shop that can hone a EJ257 with torque plates. Location would be Houston, but would go as far as San Antonio, Austin, or Dallas if needed. I've called a few recommended shops here in Houston but they don't have torque plates for Subarus.

I'd like the cylinders to end up with less taper and out of roundness than a normal hone provides. My current build ended up a bit out of round which I believe reduced compression.

I was just down there this afternoon. Unfortunately, they don't. They suggested unseenhybrid's route. I can see myself as the torque plate king of H town.

We use torque plates during all of our honing, it does make a difference you would be very surprised how much variation that can be measured while using the torque plate.
