Safe to go Stage 2?

So I've had my Rex since October and this is hands down the longest I've ever gone without mods on a car of mine in my life! I've already got my parts but I wanna make sure my engine is as ready as I am to get my mod fix in lol! I've taken it pretty easy on it so far since taking ownership, and I just broke 1000 miles. Can I play coach can I play?!

go for it man, you posted this in the opensource section this really should be in the 2.5 section but to keep it here do you plan on tuning it yourself opensource or are you going to go through a E-tuning shop like torqued performance to tune your car? I'm currently on a torqued performance stage 2 map. For 85$ and the quality of the tune you can't beat it.

I was more thinking of both parts and tune but more importantly tune. I just wasn't sure if 1k was enough for a break in before going open source and bolting on parts.

I plan on using BrenTuning here in MA. How do you delete a thread? I can't find how to delete this. I'd like to move it but I don't see how to do that either.
