Default Will '07 STi exhaust fit '04 XT?

I have an '04 Turbo Forester (XT) and the '07 exhaust manifold *looks* via pictures on the web like it would fit, but can anyone confirm?

Mine is ruined (cracked).

An sti catback fits fine, you will need longer exhaust hangers. The exhaust manfold i beleive fits fine too. But cast iron manifolds take some work to crack. What cracked exactly?

Definitely will fit. Though the heat shields are different and you will need the STI ones or to modify your stock ones (I hammered my stock one out to fit). How on earth did you crack them? Cast iron shouldn't crack.

Sorry so long to reply.

It's lovely.

Might not stick out flush with the bumper, but will bolt on in most of the mounting postions and still look and sound great. I have 10 sti quad tips on my outback, while not being a direct fit it didn't take much to make it fit.

I ran an 02-07 sti header for several years until very recently. It fits just fine, bolts straight to the stock up.

You'll loose a tiny bit of low end at tip in, but you'll gain some power in the midrange and top end.

Also your exhaust might get quieter at idle.
