any rooms for rent?

My mum was back to Hong Kong, so I am now juz living with my gf and don't need to rent an apartment for over $1000 a month, I am searching between San leandro to fremont, 1 master bedroom or 1 living room and 1 bedroom (close to bart station), if you guys know somewhere avilable, pls tell me THX!!

the place i'm living in have 2 rooms avilable right now...
i think is around $450 for the small rm and $550 for little bigger,
located in brokaw rd near fry's san jose off 880, 95131.
if you interested! let me know?

thx for respond, but your place is kind of far to the bart station.
My gf takes bart everyday to work in SF, anyways thank you!!
