Default Need Help ASAP with borla system

Just bought borla headers and borla cat back exhaust system and tried to put the whole thing on and the headers was no problem but when looking under the car the headers make a 90 degree turn from the borla cat back system, so I thought, did they leave somthing out, then I look under the car and thought I use the stock primary cat, so when I took that off, it doesn't fit, it's like SPO motorsports left something out or didn't tell me I needed a flang of some sort, I maybe could take the primary cat off and have a pipe shop make a L pipe, but they would also need to make a nipple for the O2 sensor with threads to screw in. This is becoming a big problem. Has anyone installed the borla cat back and exhaust on a 2.5 RS. SPO company told me that I would not need anything else, but during installation, they either left the part that replaces the primary cat or a something to make them fit, OR AM I'M A DUMP-ASS AND JUST MISSING SOMETHING

ANY THOUGHT WOULD BE APPREICATED!!

headers>Stock cat section>Borla mid pipe> Borla exhaust... Is that what you are trying to do right now, but its not working? Leave your stock cat section on the car... The headers have have like a 90bend into the cat section, which connect straight to the mid pipe and so on... can you take pics? it would help explain your problem alot better..

Do the hangers on the cat back line up?
How different does it look from your stock exhaust?
Sounds like you got the wrong parts

It is suposed to be a CAT back so no other parts are needed.

Not to sound rude, but I think you are mistaking the borla system as a replacement of the whole exhaust system. You replace the headers, and retain the stock cat after the headers, replace everything from the midpipe back. Thats what should be happening. It should line up fine. I've seen a few.

agreed, you didnt get a 'header back' system.

You got borla headers and a borla cat back.

you have to keep the stock cat in there.

headers go into stock cat, then you replace the stock midpipe and muffler with the borla.

Oh right, so I keep the cat, well in that case, the people must have not send the right part, or left something out, I'm calling the company today and let you'll know if I'm just missing something or what? Thanks for all the help
