Hopefully we all can tell you in about two weeks or so. The GB is still waiting. Tom has been very helpful and kept us informed of whats going on. I think the pipes are off to jet-hot about now.

Question

So this Ludespeed kit is new, right? I haven't seen any posts about it before. I did a search and couldn't find any review/pics etc?

Just curious, I've heard it's a good kit (high quality, etc) would just like to know more info.

I saw the prototype kit on a stock car (everything was stock) at Orlando speedworld a few weeks ago, the car ran a 14.4. this was the first time it had been on the track, so I really don't know how hard he was launching (probably could have run a lower time). The kit looked very well put together, ....I'll more than likely go with this kit when it's time. -Fred

Try http://turbo_25rs.tripod.com - IIRC that is what he posted in the group buy post originally.

Unhappy

Frustrating, isn't it SAM? Maybe someday there'll be a Subaru tuner who actually has enough money to stock a turbo kit or two, instead of taking your deposit, ordering the parts and shipping it to you a coupla months later.

Can you imagine how cool it would be to get your Xmas bonus (or something) call up the Scooby shop and have a bolt-on turbo kit Fedexed to you that same day?

OK, I just woke up. PayPal me $3000 and I'll call you sometime after June...

My car had its turbo designed, installed, running well within 2 weeks of my deposit. I got it from Robert at Forced Air Technologies. He used my car as his prototype for his 2.5 liter kit.

You can find out more information on his kit from my webpage, in the modification/performance sections.

I usually have a couple of turbo kits in stock. If not it takes about 10-14 days to shipping date.

*nod* Making money takes money, but the Subaru crowd isn't exactly the most loose with their cash, so Subaru tuners never really make much money unless they make mediocre products for high prices and just live on reputations.
