Default help me please!!!!!!!

i put an safc in my 2.5 rs a couple of days ago and the car was running fine until i put a clean air filter in it. then it started to hesitate and jerk when i accelerate hard or get over 3000 rpm. i have to safc at 0 setings so i don't know wants wrong.
someone please help me. its to nice to drive slow.

Did you make sure nothing got unplugged when you put the new filter in? Also, if it was one of those filters that you had to oil up, some of that oil could have gotten on to the MAF sensor and messed it up. Since that's the only thing that changed, I would focus my attention there.

first check and double check your wiring w/ the S-AFC. solder the connections if you get a chance. Then but the stock items back on and see if you still have issues. It could be the MAF not having vibration from the cone filter which happend on both the MY98-99 MAF motors.

sounds like bum MAF to me....

make sure it didnt accidentally become disconnected?
