no wont fit without mod.
i think you need to lengthen the rear piping, rotate a flange, and maybe 1 hangar doesnt lineup.

best thing woudl be to get a gc8 or one of the 99-01 catbacks, that is what i am runnin on my 2k2 rs. everything fine except one fo the hangars doesnt line up. not a problem, just get some kartboy hangars and you will be fine without the one hangar.
