Post Need to buy crush washers for oil change, where?

I need to buy crushwashers so I can change my oil but the dealer parts depot isn't open on the weekends. Can I buy these at a car parts store? If so what size?

Yeah, that's about right.

Just buy them next time you are at the dealer. One oil change on the old washer is most likely not going to leak. (disclaimer: you ARE checking the level at every fill-up right? )

Cheers,
Joe

you might be able to call your dealer and have them give one to the salespeople whom you could then pick it up from over the weekend.

Cool

I have used the fumoto valve for a few months. It is easy to use and handy if you want to sample your oil for analysis, and you only need one crush washer for a lifetime

Hey Joe, I just ordered mine. Now, I'll have to wait till 9000 miles before I put it on , that shouldn't be a problem
