Has anyone read the article (can't remember title) about how newer Japanese cars compared to newer American cars are generally easier to tune because the headers, rods, and everthing else is a better quality metal and can handle higher mods. It is a pretty informative article. That magazine is starting to pay more attention to our favorite car also.

Yeah, I read that article. It was written by a guy that spent a good part of his life working on chevy engines, then started working with import engines and fell in love.

Its even nicer that some cars in Japan will come with factory hardened parts.

Mike Kojima is the authors name and it was the third or fourth installment in a series on how to improve the performance of the internal comustion engine entitled...Suck, Squish, Bang, Blow. Gotta love that title.

Mike is also authoring the articles on SCC's 300ZX-TT. That car is going to be a killer beast when its done.

The article about Mike's love affair with Import engine's is in the most recent issue of SCC with the WRX on the cover.
