Totalled STi pics w/Ken Fowler Motors tags. Anyone know the story?

This was originally posted across the country in the Mid-Atlantic Region forums. I was wondering if anyone knew the story behind this, as the car does not look to be titled, and it has Ken Fowler motors on the tags. To me this almost looks like a possible test drive accident.

I know all about this car, I went to the dealer and a salesman told me all about it. The guy didn't even have it for 48 hours. He got drunk went straight where there was a turn at 120mph no brakes or anything, went down a steep hill, hit a tree and then a fence, one of the fence posts went into his chest. Driver Lived.
