Post Rallycross In-Car Videos!

Woohoo! I've just finished posting the two in-car videos I have from the last rallycross. If you want to see what it's like to run one of these, watch this. This really does capture the feeling of the difficulty in driving.

Well, if my car had a better paint job that a rallycross wouldn't totally ****-up, then hell yes, I'd do it. Or maybe I could clear-bra the entire car

Hey Bryan - where is that clip of your non-redline? I'm really interested in seeing that one, just thought I'd dig it up and ask again.

Oh sorry, I forgot all about that. I was actually able to do it again yesterday. I was racing a new Galant and got it up to 6600 on a shift. It seems to do that on occasion. But sometimes it will stop at 6250. I don't see a pattern.

Actually, I don't even have a single chip on my paint after two rallycrosses (7000 miles). We have several RS's there that have never had any paint damage after 10 rallycrosses. You'd really be surprised. The wheels are set so far underneath the car that it doesn't throw anything onto the sides. It all stays underneath.
