Default Discolored Welting

Has anyone experienced a discoloration on the welting between the plastic cladding and the body panels. Mine is starting to look discolored and is actually beginning to seem as though it is starting to rot. I am in So. Ca. and it is exposed to a fair amount of sunshine, but let's face it, the car isn't even a year old.
Thanks in advance

Not to downplay the issue, but my wife's Suzuki XL-7 welting is somewhat yellow-ish where the body is white. I don't think there is anything that can be done to remove this stain when you get a light color vehicle...

Default discoloration

I used to use mean green (or simple green) on white cars at the shop I worked at it get stains off of light colored cars...I used it with a terry cloth towel, BUT I was waxing them too. It strips the wax right off...but it worked awsome it was almost like bleach. That might take off the stains! Dont 4get to rewax!!!
