Default Has anyone replaced the bulbs in XT fog lights?

I was wondering if anyone has replaced the bulbs in the foglamps of the XT. I bought some upgraded yellow bulbs and in my brief look it didn't seem very user friendly to replace them.

Thanks

I have a page on Scoobymods in the Forester, Lighting section. Not as easy as some Subaru's, harder than my Impreza was but easier than my 02' OB VDC...

Get something comfortable for your back and head. You'll be down there a while! Don't touch the bulb with oily fingers/use a clean tissue. The hard part is putting in the new bulb and getting the wires to clip in the back cover (where they bed). You have to do the whole thing by feel as you can't see anything. A dental mirror could be of assistance if things get rough.

IT CAN BE DONE !!!
