Are there any differences between the Dual tips and single tip Stromung? Do they sound different and size is bigger for the single? Any pics and sounds to tell the differents?

The single tip outlet is 89mm in diameter. The dual tip is 76mm. The dual tip provides more outlet area so probably a slightly better flow.

I've asked this same question, and the answer that comes back most is that it's mostly a looks thing. There isn't any difference in power, and I guess the sound is pretty much the same. I ordered a dual-tip (just waiting for it to get here) because it looks just right in that bumper cutout. Run a search in Drivetrain for lots of answers.
