Post The Fuji FA200 Aero Subaru?!?!

Somebody just told me recently taht subaru also make airplanes in Japan..

Subaru doesn't make the planes, FHI (Fuji Heavy Industries) does. Also its not uncommon to see a subaru engine be modified into a light aircraft engine.

Not really a SUBARU engine It is a LYCOMING engine but I guess it could assumed a SUBARU engine because HO configuration.

AERO SUBARU is just a model name

AERO SUBARU is just a model name
No-one said that IT had a subaru engine. The statement was it's not uncommon for subaru engines to be modified for light aircraft use.

Few years ago I saw someone on ebay selling a Subaru engine for airplane.

FHI has an aerospace department, I also heard FHI made certain parts for the Boeing 777.

FHI also makes Snowboards too!

well, subaru did started out by making aircraft engines...then they started to make cars....
