Lots of Baja's but none on the road......

Just got back from my trip to Vegas..........and I did not see one Baja...

I stoped at a Subaru dealer in Vegas, forgot the name......It was in the auto center off I95

They had 8 Baja's on the lot.......including 2 2003 models that have not sold.....Here is a picture of 6 of them in a row.......

Place the link to the exact page a picture is housed on between IMG tags. By exact page, i mean not just the page you can see a smaller version of it on, but right-clicking on it and opening it in its own page and using that address.

You need to post it on a web hosting site, like cardomain.com that does not require authentication. Basically when you open this forum, it'll bring down a picture from that web site and paste it. You cannot link to your hard drive - unless you configured your hard drive to be an open door (be a web server) to the interweb 24/7...

From the FAQ: How to post pictures
THe FAQ needs to be updated though because you can no longer upload pictures from your hard drive. They have to be hosted on a web server as hatake stated.

As was previously recommended, when posting your own pics, cardomain and other NON-SIGNUP sites are how its done on messageboards.

It naturally works fine for you, because you're a member of Yahoo and you're signed in when you try the link. But for everyone else who doesn't want to have to bother to sign up for every new site that has the ability to host pics, it doesn't cut it.

But i honestly don't know why i even keep coming back to this thread to see a bunch of Bajas in a row at a dealership. I'm an idiot for that i admit.

We've given you as much info as we can to help you get this pic posted, if you aren't going to listen.....then....

I dont have a password attached to this or any of the albums....

I have tons of other photos there of my RX7......The RX7 forum has no problem seeing the pictures.....

I also noticed that the complete address that I had copied over does not display correctly...........the address is over two lines.and the final one here is only one line.....Dont know if thats another reason why.............the picture wont show up............

I am so stinking mad at Subaru for NOT advertising the Baja, I could scream.
Why? I thought you would never ask.....
I am a fleet manager in gov't, and our "department" deals with construction codes and enforcement of those codes. Almost every inspector that has seen my Baja, has said the same thing. "Hey, that's just what we need." "It rides like a car, has the clearance of a truck, gets great gas mileage, and it's AWD. IMHO we wouldn't need to buy cars AND trucks, we could just buy Baja's and be done with it. I have suggested the idea, but the car is still a foreign car. HOWEVER....part of the gov't bought 2 toyota prius (how's that plural? LOL), and actually Subaru does have some GM interest. "Onstar" is a GM product, and so is Saab. Seen that new "Saab" wagon? IF I can talk them into it, I still have to overcome a few things. 1). They all have to be white. 2.) They all have to be American enough that we can buy them. 3.) I have to find at least 10-15 base models (or have them made) within a $17-18,000 price range. If I can do it believe me I will post pictures. But it's going to be at least 9-11 mos before I can though, just ordered 15 (05) Taurus's. LOL

gstien, I don't see how mutch more american the baja can get. They use american steal to make the parts and are made in Indina. I would also bet that you would be able to find a dealier that would be more than happy to find that many for you.
