Default Someone please explain the whole "digital lifestyle" thing to me...

Ok, I feel like I'm missing out on the whole "digital" thing.

Someone please explain how text messaging, ipods, AIM, etc, are enhancing your daily life?

(does it require friends? I'm a lil short in that dept)
