What a co-incidence, I was wondering the same thing. I shot them a question on Wed the 3rd.

Very unprofessional--If they can’t answer a simple question promptly, I certainly wouldn’t trust them to handle a $800+ business transaction.

It’s a bummer that the JDM Subaru parts are so difficult to obtain here, and your only option is to rely on vendors like this, instead of your local dealer.

they answered my emails in a few business days. you can definately trust them. They SHIP QUICK. as in i got my order a week after i ordered them straight from japan. they are legit and awesome to deal with (even if it takes a few days to get a reply). they are courteous and will make every effort to help you. hell, it sometimes takes me longer to get replies from some vendors here in the US than it does from japanparts.com.

They are a good vendor. They screwed up an auction on ebay and I bought an 04 STi hoodscoop from them for $1. They followed through on the deal. And there are exactly 11ty bazillion places to get JDM stuff, all you have to do is visit the Vendor for sale forums and pick one.

I have asked for numerous qoutes....very quick responses. Like 1-2 days if I remember correctly. Just research parts because I have found things cheaper from US vendors after you figure in the shipping.
