What are my options?
I have a 97 L sedan/auto daily driver. I love it and I hate it, I love the way it handles and I love the way it looks. I hate the fact that it's automatic. The car currently has 184k on it. My engine is going to go soon and I was wondering what are my cheap options?
I plan on converting it to 5 spd, my main concern right now is the motor. It's a 2.2 and I was thinking of maybe just getting a 2.5rs in there because it isnt so costly. Please don't reply to my post with "do a search". I know what engines the car can hold. I'm just asking for some opinions, just need a cheap way out of 184k. Thanks for anyhelp. Oh yea, I don't want to put another 2.2L motor in it. |
