SSR Professor SP1 - SBC - Last set ever made!!

Hey guys,

SSR filed for bankruptcy in Jan. We ordered these back in early January originally thought we were never going to see these wheels again (and take a loss on them). Imagine our surprise when they showed up!

We were informed that these are the last production batch of SSR Professors EVER.

Professor SP1's 18x8.5 +47 5x100 for the WRX / STI - SBC Coat

Super rare to begin with, now unobtainable.

Do these fit the 05 STI?

Sorry, they are 5x100 fitment, and therefore would have to be re-drilled for 5x114.3 fitment. Some wheel repair shops can do this for you, although I'm not sure if a 5x100 -> 5x114.3 drill is workable.

Edit: The Velbrets will fit your STI.

uhhh...

SOOOO TEMPTING!!! I don't think I'll ever find a deal like that ever again... whats the condition of the wheels? How's the fit on the STi with the +38 offset? I would think some fender rolling would be necessary...but then again its only an 8" wide wheel....hmmm

Matt - There is slight curbage on 2 of the rims. They will not fit on the STi without using a 5mm spacer.

I've been looking for the SP1 in SBC since Oct last year. I will buy if sale falls through. Can you pm me a price with pirelli pzero nero m/s. I'm guessing 225/40 with the 47 offset or do I need to go 215? I have payment ready and will wire the money for speedy payment if needed! More than very interested!

my friend had black sp1's on his wrx before, i had the same ones on my white wrx and now they sit on our friends silver wrx (turbonetics show car) as a spare set

The black sp1's that we have were the first set ever in the US on a WRX.
