Default Weird Idle using Access Port

Sometimes idle will climb to 1500 rpm for a minute then lower at about 1000 for another then go to 500-600 for a while then will go back to 1500rpm for another 2min it's really acting like crazy anyone else getting this??

It's only been doing it since I've upgraded to the new MY04-05 update with stage 2...

Are you running the v1.21 map or v1.22 map? The v1.22 map is supposed to get rid of any strange idle issues.

Why not try v1.22? Can't hurt anything.

Here is something I found interesting. At idle... I knock. Here are some logs from the street tuner. It must be an inaudible knock cause I cant hear anything. My hood up and listening to the engine, I cant hear knock. But according to the ECU, I am knocking at idle. Here is the log for some to look at.
If you are curious to what map im running, Its my own tune. However, this part of the timing map I didnt touch. I will post the maps I created in another Thread. But here it is. Knock at idle... I tried reducing timing but it doesnt help. Is this false knock?

Did you have to do anything special to get your ignition advance multiplier to stay at 16? Have you done the Vishnu reset?

I would just reset the ecu via accessport. Give that a try, but if it doesn't, let us know b/c I just started running stage 2.

Nothing special. I have another thread in wrxforums (COBB's board) about it and other people say they also get this knock at idle. I did vishnu and my multiplier is at 16 as you can tell from the logs.
