Default Fuel trims off causing start & stall?

I'm stg4 w/ utec/ur785/turboxs shorty/vf30 untuned on stg4 txs basemap, I notice sometimes when I start it cold it'll run just a few seconds then stall, is this because the trims are off or could there be a leak somewhere?

Also it was running 15psi fine on the basemap with no knocks and clean tailpipes, this morning it seems slower and the tailpipes are getting yucky, also indicative of a leak? (pre or post turbo?) Maf voltages look ok
