Default PLUGED cat? need JUST a highflow cat?

My car as of last week started something really weird, at high rpm it would just start bogging, didnt do this again till yesterday{changed sparkplugs after this started, didnt help}, yesterday it got bad, it started bogging at any more than bit more than idle and would start doing this as soon as about 2000rpm, then it throw a check engine, i went to autozone, they said it was the o2 before the cat, so i peaked under the car, i believe it was the cat that was glowing red, i was told it was a plugged cat, so in that case im looking into a highflow

Any suggestions on any of this, i was out of town and bearly made it back!

This bog is bad too no drivin through it!

Im looking to put a high flow in, and i have just stock exhaust, suggestions would be awesome, cause right now shes parked!
