Not a good fit - the overall diameter difference from stock would be ~1.3"
You'd have to go to 245's in a 45 profile to match stock diameter, but then they wouldnt fit without rubbing.

Alternatives may be 225/50-16 or 215's.

225/50 would fit on the stock rims? I'll be looking for winter tires coming up and dread going back to the stock 205's after I've been running my 225s all year.
