Question Rough idle with A/C on

I recently bought a 02 OBS, and whenever my a/c is on and i'm at idle and I have the car in drive (yes i have an auto ) the idle is very rough and it comes and goes as the compressor turns on and off.
If I put the car in neutral the rough idle goes away.
Is there anything I can do to help get rid of this rough idle when the A/C is on?
Would doing the ECU / TCU reset thing I've read about help any?

It is most likely that a belt is loose, worn, or both. Get it checked out ASAP.

I have checked out the belt and it seems fine, it only has 20k on it i dunno if that matters or not

It just doesn't seem like a belt problem because the RPMs are lowering when the AC is kicked on and that is when the rough idle starts. could it be the IAC sensor or something? Like I said above if I kick it into neutral the RPMs raise a little and the roughness goes away completely.

When I got the car from the dealer it was doing this and they said it was normal but I've never had a car act like this before. It just seems a little exessive.
