Thumbs up Dune running

Don't post here much, but had to mention the pics I just added in the members area. The front piece can be duplicated from design specs if anyone is interested. By the way, the Amsoil air/STI exhaust rocks! The car was a real torque monster in the dunes. Had people coming over to check it out wherever I stopped (on or off road)

Wow, that looks like it was an absolute blast! Are you still running the stock RE92's? Also, that front piece... was that just a sand guard or a skidplate? I know it also holds the flag, but that is obviously not it's entire purpose.

Also, where exactly was this? Looks like another fun weekend trip to me!

Silver Sands Michigan. Had a 100% stock 2.2L last year - no comparison! The front piece is to save the plastic bits on the front of the car. It mounts to the Primitive skid plate through the factory holes in the front frame and also through the toe hooks. The one time I got stuck, I could have used them, but just ran under the plates from the back hook and it came right out anyhow. Packing the wheelwells was the problem. OEM tires this year. Looking for options though, need softer sidewalls and still want to be 55 or 50 series. Looking for 15" wheels to
