License plate "DTE 857" in Royal Oak @ Rumble's Chevron gas station at around 10pm. I am the guy who was looking at ur car in a Volvo 850T wagon. And no I am not a thieft.

nah man, my car's easy to spot with all my budget styling

my car's dirty(black dust if you wipe your hands over it), but not muddy
