WRX parts also RS parts??

alot of mods say "for wrx", but what kinds of stuff would also fit an RS MY02?? just a gripe because everytime i find something cool, it says "for wrx". i know that certain parts are only for the wrx, like turbo and intercooler stuff, but what would fit both cars??

Suspension, body, and interior pieces are common between the models.

And the engine, turbo and IC pieces may or may not be compatible if you go with the RS turbo path.

Interior pieces are common? Does that mean I can transplant the gauge cluster? call me weird but I like the WRX cluster better

he meant between the 02 RS and the wrx, i believe

Yes, between GDA models (WRX, 2002 RS/TS) the interior pieces are interchangable.

Between GC8 and GDA (GC8 =1993-2001 models), I believe a lot of interior parts will swap right over (seats, for one), but have no idea if instrument clusters are interchangable. If they are, that would be mondo cool, as I too like the new WRX gauge cluster.

You're right. I failed to see the MY02 part. But is the gauge cluster interchangable to the pre MY02's

you think the new morette headlights would fit a MY02 RS??? ( the same morettes as a wrx)

No ...

the wrx gauge cluster sits back (ie there are about 2 inches in front of it to the front of the dash)..

the earlier rs gauge clusters go flush with the front of the dash.
