Default JDM angled plate frame Q

Hey guys, I got one of the JDM license plate brackets off ebay - you know the ones that allow the plate to flip up under the bumper....Well it is a very nice product and the quality is bar none BUT - how to I bolt it to those huge bolt holes in the front bumper? The holes in the frame are not as wide as the holes in the bumper so I can't fit a wide bolt in the frame....how did you guys mount yours? - Dan
