Question Budget Turbo on 98RS

Hi

I am new on Subaru's and would like to know if I can budget boost my RS all I want is 5lbs. of boost

my car is mostly a autoX and show car so the woosh would come in real handy to turn heads

what would i need can I use stock WRX parts??? or something like that!!
