testing waters: FS: 05 white WRX (take over lease)

im thinking about selling my car and getting a 06 STi
i have all stock parts, service records (2 services so far), receits for aftermarket parts

the car has 12000kms, white, fully loaded, sunroof, 6 disc cd changer, manual transmission, got it in may this year, payed 7 months of $580/month

if you want all the parts on the car as is, im asking for $5000 + take over lease
if you want the car almost stock im asking for $3000 + take over lease and i'll be selling the parts separately

i will take out some parts to put on the 06, so whatever's left on the car when i sell it will be

so basically im just taking out my bov, alarm, and turbo timer, unless the rims on the wrx fits on the 06 STi but i dont think so
