The only prob I had was with gettin my ACT clutch from them. My brother had ordered for me since I am in Korea and we waited for almost 2 weeks. Then he called and they said they didnt have them in stock and was waiting for the clutch from ACT themselves.
I have ordered numerous times before and never had a problem. That was the only time.

Well, I just ordered Group N Hats, Helix endlinks, and an APS CAI for my STI... I'll let you guys know how long it takes to ship. They're gone till the 1/3/06 BTW...

I ordered an APS intake weeks ago.... First week in December. It has not come in, I have recieved NO notifications of backorder, and every time I call nobody answers the phone.

This on top of the fact last time I ordered something from you (an Evo VIII gauge panel) the exact same thing happened. The thing didn't come in for months with no notification.

Thumbs down to Gruppe-S.

Where is my intake?

I've e-mailed Gruppe-S twice now and haven't gotten a response.. I'm still waiting on a status on the front bumper beam i've ordered. You guys are usually quick to respond.. i've already spent $2000+ with you guys.. How bout a little a support?

i bought into gruppe-s' group buy of rear spats 3 MONTHS AGO. since that time, the group buy had to end, then they had to be painted, but the painting didnt go well so they had it re painted, then re painted again, then they collected my balance, then were suppose to ship, then after waiting the week and a half it was suppose to take for them to finally get to me, i PM again and was told the shipping "guy" messed up and was fired, and that they would be out tomorrow, then supposingly the shipping guy got sick and my spats would be sent tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow...still NOTHING...oh but he did promise me a discount on my NEXT ORDER...like that helps me now or ever since i doubt i would purchase anything from these guys again. group buys in general have been terrible on NASIOC, i thought subietunings stage 2 was bad but this is just ridiculous

this is a repost... but I emailed Gruppe-S again about my shipment.

I order the JUN Replica front bumper from Gruppe-S back in September for my brother's B-day (Sept 29) and I have yet to receive it.

I've emailed them 3 or 4 times asking when it'll be shipped... every response seems to kind of egg me on sayin "oh it's coming in next week", "oh it should be in tomorrow", "oh we've received it and it should be shipped tomorrow" something to that extent.

I mean I understand that sometimes parts go on back-order and I've heard nothing but GOOD things about Gruppe-S so I've been giving them the benefit of the doubt, but dayum, this is taking a while... I kind of just want to get my money refunded or get a bumper or kit that's already in stock.

Well first off, an apology is due so we're sincerely sorry for our lack of presence and customer service as of recent. As I'm sure you all know, the holidays are an extrememly busy time, not to mention over half of our staff was away on vacation over the last month. We are currently still playing catch up so we are currently experiencing an abnormally high order processing time. Again I apologize for these delays and the mistakes that resulted from this situation. Things should be back to normal again by next week. Customer service is very important to Gruppe-S because it has made us what we are so we will do everything in our power to provide good and timely service.

If you have an individual order that we have dropped the ball on, please try contacting us as directly as possible so that we may remedy the situation. If we do not pick up the phone during business hours, please try us again; it simply means that we have an extremely high call volume. We do our best to catch as many calls as possible. The same goes for email. We are currently hiring more staff to ensure that ALL customer calls and emails are handled properly.

Your intake has shipped. This delay was due to a supply problem with our APS supplier and you should have been notified but you were not. We apologize for this so please contact us if you do not receive your item soon.

Lmbmusic-
This groupbuy was an absolute nightmare for everyone involved and is part of the reason why don't sell painted items anymore and were hesistant to even before this groupbuy. I understand you've talked to Preston about your rear spats and the situation has been handled satisfactorily. Please do not hesitate to contact us if this is not the case.

Fokai-
These bumpers were actually backordered for several months because we need to order 8+ at a time or they can't even be made. We just got a shipment of them so this is the first time they have been available in quite some time. I apologize that you were not made aware of this when you ordered the bumper. Your bumper is packaged and ready to ship; it is waiting to be picked up by Greyhound.

While my situation isn't as bad as some, I'm having my share of issues with them as well.

I ordered a JUN replica bumper (in stock, will ship "in 1 day" according to web site) on a Monday. Got an automated email saying it processed and then heard nothing... Called them twice, no answer and no call return. Emailed them twice, no reply. Finally a week after I ordered, I get an email saying "oh yeah, it probably shipped on friday (4 days after the order rather than 1 as advertised on the site), and I'll get you a tracking number later." I voice my unhappiness with they falsely advertised shipping times and horrible communication, and he said "sorry". While sorry is nice, my car is sitting in a body shop waiting for a part that should have almost been here by the time they shipped it. I ordered from this company because of their relationship with this website, and apparently that was a mistake. I ordered some other parts from some random site I'd never heard of and had better service than I have from gruppe-s. If you have any intention of actually getting your parts in a timely fashion, or feeling like you're dealing with a business and not some guy working out of his garage, go somewhere else.

adding to that, according to the website and the order page when I ordered it, my bumper was shipping via UPS Ground. Turns out, they are shipping it via greyhound bus and it is just being dropped off at the greyhound station ~50 miles from where it was supposed to go. How about maybe telling people you use the worst possible shipping to save a few bucks so we can factor that into our decision? Now someone has to take off work to drive into Houston and pick up the thing.

Sorry for my post,but i have a problem with gruppe-s
In the last two years i have bought to gruppe-s,more of 20.000$.
This summer, bought and paid a few pieces, but they all did not come to me.(today i'm waiting the rest of my pieces that i havent received),but the worst of all this,is that in December i turn to bought and paid more things,because Max,said me that he had received all,and he send me the two orders in the same time(the rest of order of July,and the December order).
Before to christmas,i received a mail,saying to me,that this day,he send me my orders.
Today i dont have received NOTHING,i have wrote many mails to gruppe-s,and i dont have had any answer.Now, i dont want the pieces,i want my money,because gruppe-s have more of 2400$ mines.I have send mails every day to Max,saying,that i want my money,but nobody answer me

Try calling them that way they can't avoid it. They get ton of emails daily and is very easy to delete yours if they don't have a answer yet.

How did you pay them? If you paid with a Credit Card file a complaint with the Credit Card Company.
