Default 1.8 to EJ257: accessory compatibility

I'm gearing up to start an STi swap into my 95 Impreza L 1.8 and I am thinking about building up my own motor so I'm wondering if I should keep any of the stuff from the 1.8 to use on the sti. Is there anything I can or can't use from it. I don't mean the heads or internals or anything, but like the alternator, starter, water pump, oil pump, oil pan or anything else?
