wreed Scooby Newbie Member#: 14114 Join Date: Jan 2002 Location: Boston Vehicle: 1999 Outback Silver	Best mods for '99 Outback? Newbie question: I'm interested in making some mods to my '99 Outback. What are some of the best "bang for the buck" mods people have made? I'm not going to be racing or rallying, just want to extend my driving pleasure with the car for a few more years. Thanks!
